Sharon is a well-rounded Human Resources professional and talent consultant. Leveraging her 15-plus years as a diverse human capital business partner, Sharon brings a breadth of understanding of human resources strategies, challenges, and opportunities of public and private companies, both large and small. She has been successful in highly competitive financial, SAAS technology, and hospitality sectors. For each, she guided business partners in talent success, communication, and leadership performance.

Sharon’s broad experience and her common-sense approach have helped businesses to effectively realize the full potential of their talent. She has guided management teams to marry their vision with practical and comprehensive communication plans and to enable leadership and managers to address key business challenges. In all endeavors, Sharon’s guidance affects change, advances human capital performance, and drives organizational success.

Over the past four years, Sharon has served as a consultant to leadership teams to assess organizational and human capital capabilities, implement best practices, and nurture human resources talent.

Previously, Sharon was a Director at Fidelity Investment for three years, working inside and across several business segments. Before her Fidelity experience, she was a Human Resource Business Partner at General Electric (GE) for six years, most notably GE Healthcare Financial Services.

Sharon is a graduate of GE’s exclusive Human Resources Leadership Management Program, Change Acceleration Process facilitator, and a certified Executive Assessment coach.

Sharon graduated from Pennsylvania State University, University Park, with a degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology and Vanderbilt University with a Master’s Degree in Business Administration.
