Leveraging her 25-plus years as a global business executive, Sam has an acute understanding of the inner workings of companies operating in highly competitive, constantly evolving healthcare, manufacturing, financial, and services sectors. For each, she has a long and proud history of successfully guiding value creation, globalization, and performance improvement.

A passionate leader and a mentor, Sam excels in building epic teams for both clients and at Leverage Advisors, to create forward-looking business strategies, implement best practices, and scale enterprises during multi-year periods of growth through acquisition, corporate restructuring, and industry evolution. Prior to founding Leverage Advisors, Sam was an executive at General Electric (GE) for 17 years, working inside and across several business segments, most notably GE Healthcare and GE Capital.

Sam is a graduate of GE’s exclusive Financial Management Program, Corporate Audit Staff, and a Certified Six Sigma Black Belt, Quality Leader and Change Acceleration Process facilitator.

Sam graduated from the University of Vermont with a degree in Business.

When not working, she enjoys time outdoors with her husband, two boys, and their chocolate lab, Rosie.
