Paul Gonsalves

Paul is a seasoned global executive with experience developing and executing innovative strategies that drive meaningful and measurable business growth, transform operating models, optimize productivity, and enable talent. Paul has a 30+ year track record of uncovering value creation through working with clients at the intersection of technology, data, and process engineering using his two decades of LEAN Six Sigma experience combined with commercial experience as a CEO, CCO, and a variety of global commercial leadership roles.

Paul is consistently hired to build, grow, or fix both public and private companies around the world, providing deep healthcare related expertise across sectors including Class 1-3 devices, high tech capital equipment, pharmaceuticals, payor/provider, and consumable business in both healthcare and industrial sectors.

A senior business executive that has delivered technical, commercial and operational excellence and created sustainable, profitable growth across many different situations and geographies, Paul has designed and delivered both strategic and tactical services to clients involved in acquisitions, integration, and divestitures delivering multiple years of growth. His proven track record has made him a sought-after partner and thought leader to both boards and companies, as well as c-suite executives and investors.

Paul is an executive with more than a decade at GE Healthcare, a graduate of the GE Healthcare corporate development sales program, and a certified LEAN Six Sigma Blackbelt, Quality Leader, and Change Acceleration Process facilitator.

Paul graduated from Rutgers University School of Business with a degree in Management and Marketing. When not working he spends time with his wife, Kathy, and daughters Alyssa and Alexis.
