Mark is an experienced global business executive and M&A integration leader with process, culture, and change management expertise across multiple industries. Mark has a direct communication style and thrives collaborating with teams to solve issues, identify challenges, and mitigate risks and surprises.

Mark spent his early career in financial and global operational roles with GE across five different businesses. He was also an executive for a leading pediatric hospital and health system, as well as headed up customer excellence initiatives at Integra, a leading life sciences organization. For the past eight years he has provided consulting and advisory services focusing on strategy, operations excellence and mergers and acquisitions.

Mark is an adjunct lecturer at the Lubar Business School of the University of Wisconsin, a current volunteer mentor and coach with SCORE and EVERWISE, as well as a past board of director member for several organizations. As a director for nine years at the Ronald McDonald House, Mark chaired the governance, strategy, and diversity/inclusion committees. He was also an active member of the finance and safety committees.

Mark graduated from Northwestern University with an MBA, Concordia University (Montreal) with a Bachelor of Commerce, and is a Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives. In addition, he is Six Sigma certified and a graduate of the Financial Management Program from GE.

Mark has two grown children, resides in Wisconsin, and enjoys the pursuits of golf.
